The project redefines the southern gateway into campus and establishes a new front door for Memorial Stadium. The North Gate greets fans with a striking limestone colonnade – a modern interpretation of the iconic six Ionic-style columns of Francis Quadrangle. Beyond the colonnade sits a multi-purpose club and event space – serving not only as a university asset, but as a regional destination that ensures year-round activation.
Centered around the beloved Rock M Berm, the design enhances the North End Zone with the addition of eight new seating neighbor-hoods and experiential offerings for the multi-generational fan. Fans also enjoy access to the new Rock M Club and field suites, bringing them even closer to the gridiron.

The scope of work for this $250 million project encompasses 244,000 SF of new construction around the NEZ. The redesigned North Entry Plaza and North Gate offers expanded pregame areas, a team store, and ticketing booths. Fourteen new field suites connect the new Rock M Club – an indoor venue designed to host 300 guests – complemented by a 150-person outdoor patio. Our design provides two levels of new suites, offering indoor/outdoor experiences with access to premium amenities. A rooftop terrace introduced 20 outdoor heated suites, known as “Tiger Dens,†providing a unique vantage point of the campus. A new multi-purpose event space, accommodating over 500 guests, extends the stadium’s impact beyond game days, providing year-round hosting opportunities for the university and its community. An expanded video board and updated audiovisual systems amplifies the home field advantage and game day experience. These transformations preserve the spirit of Memorial Stadium while setting the stage for the next 100 years of Faurot Field.
