Architecture, master planning

Ogami is a 440-acre mixed-use community located along Egypt鈥檚 Mediterranean shoreline. With over 1,900 residential units ranging from luxury villas to intimate chalets, the development is shaped by a spatial framework we call the State of Optimal Flow 鈥 a design approach that organizes movement, access, and lifestyle through a seamless relationship between built form and landscape.

Architecturally, Ogami is defined by Mediterranean openness with Japanese simplicity. Residences are arranged in cascading terraces that follow the natural slope of the land, offering panoramic views of the sea, lagoons, and open space.

Our design supports a low-impact footprint, human-centered living, and a timeless architectural identity rooted in place with 24% reserved for open space and 102,000 SM of swimmable lagoons.

Shaping Place

Ogami is more than a residential project 鈥 it is an architectural ecosystem grounded in flow and connection to the landscape.
