As a former Division I student-athlete himself, Greg understands first-hand the impact that facilities can have on the day-to-day life of the people he designs for. He has parlayed his personal experience and knowledge into a series of award-winning athletic facilities that positively impact athletes, coaches, administrators, and fans alike.

Peter leads business development for the Sports practice across the country. He works with collegiate athletic departments and professional organizations to ensure facilities meet the needs of athletes and fans, and provide long term value for institutions and owners.

Ed brings more than 17 years of extensive, hands-on experience, working with a diverse client base throughout all phases of design. His strong creative and technical skills enable him to guide clients with design sensitivity and technical expertise, as well as translate user needs into solutions.

Ryan is a seasoned architect specializing in dynamic sports and entertainment destination venues, including professional enhancement projects, collegiate athletics facilities, and community sport and recreation facilities. His unparalleled design approach infuses the utilization of research and data through parametric design and visualization technologies to inform stakeholders throughout a project’s life cycle.

As Sports Leader, Arash leads the firm’s Sports sector within the California region. With expertise spanning recreation centers, stadiums, track and field complexes, aquatic facilities, and regional and national sports complexes, he brings a technical focus on athletic, recreation, and aquatic programming, and synthetic turf analysis and design.

As Design Research Leader, B. collaborates with researchers in design technology, human-environment relations, and data analytics to generate actionable data. They support integrated design teams in developing goals based on relevant, applicable research, and leverages validated tools to assess project outcomes.
